The process

We will not only be managing the entire supply chain but will also support you in preparing the needed information for press materials and data in advance. Manufacturing/production costs are taken in by Diogenes. We do however need your input on some points in particular with the supply of:

  • Audio support (CD, CDR or WAV files via FTP) with the music you are licensing
  • Metadata information for each product and tracks: a simple xls template is provided with guidelines
  • The relevant packshot/artwork in high resolution.

 Content delivery to digital music stores and our own backend shop

We will then do the job - liaise with our technical partner and deliver to the digital music stores with whom we have an agreement with. As for August 2009, those are:

Reporting and Sales

We report on a quarterly basis in details your earnings per music service, territory and artists.
